Man, it's quite obvious, isnt it? I came to this thread to catch some Greatness from the 90s, which the thread was supposed to deliver. Kudos to the topic starter & the members who posted relevant stuff. But what pisses me off is the sight of these spammers who make an a$$clown of themselves and ruin the fun of the thread by posting crap.
I don't tolerate stupidity and these spammers make me anggggryyyy

Goldberg vs. Diamond Dallas Page, World Heavyweight Championship, WCW 10/25
Not one of those matches that on paper would make you say 'wow', but holy smokes, this is as good a heavyweight match as 1998 produced. Just a really cool title match with a good build, a fantastic atmosphere and some really great stuff from two guys who aren't usually hits, stepping it up and delivering.
Page is awesome here, letting Goldberg completely manhandle him and toss him into the corner. He gets little glimmors of hope though, for example the arm-drag and a swank swinging DDT spot. When Goldberg hits the post, it really gives you the feeling that DDP has almost lucked his way into having a shot at winning the match, but he's so banged up from the Goldberg offense that he can't effectively capitalize. The Diamond Cutter out of the jack hammer practically blew the roof off the arena and is one of the better built-to near falls you'll see in a big-match setting like this. This is kept right around 10 minutes, which I really, really like. Unlike the WWE, who'll frequently throw heavyweights out there longer than they should be (or maybe aren't ready for) and you get a lot of draggy action. On top of it all, I think especially in the case of super-humans like Goldberg, it hurts them. Their big stuff should be treated like death and when they're dragging them into 20 minute matches, it makes their offense look less effective almost by default. Everything is sold huge here, with Page only being able to take so many huge shots. I remember liking this the first time I saw it, but man, it's really great the second time through.

Just a little touch of violence here. I mean , let's go to the extreme!
A match , i honestly love when i'm the kind of guy who hated everything coming from ECW.

- Lord Steven Regal vs. Rey Mysterio Jr.
This is a fun little match. The ending was a bit weird, but Regal makes up for it with his hilariously awesome antic's.
- Ultimo Dragon vs. Chris Jericho.
This is the match that Chris talk's so highly of in his book. The question is, Was it really that awesome? If it's any consolation, Mick Foley thought so, as he was in attendance that night.
- Mr. Perfect vs. Doink the Clown.
Everyone know's how awesome Curt was, but Matt Osborne (the original Doink) was a highly underrated wrestler.

A lot of stuff from the late Nineties is massively overrated. I actually agree with you here, though.
Here's some more 90's greatness...

A lot of people seem to forget that match because of the awesomeness known as the 1st Hell in a Cell that followed weeks later. But i really enjoyed that match.

Booker T vs. Jeff Jarrett - WCW Nitro.
Another fun little under card match from WCW. Things kind of fall apart at the end, but overall, it's pretty good.

A rare house show match from Toronto in August of 1996. Shawn talks about it in his book , saying he used to tore the house down in house shows with Goldust. See for yourself

One of my first memories as a wrestling fan. I was only 7 when it aired on a French Channel. And don't ask me why but i was totally pulling for Shawn who was supposed to be the Heel! Damn that was so good. In my view , this match is often forgotten due to their No Holds Barred match (which happened a year later) being highly praised but it's about as good.
