Try TinyPic.

Tinypic is a video and image hosting service that allows you to easily upload, link and share your videos and
images on MySpace, eBay, blogs and message boards. There is no registration, so give it a try!

There is no advertised file size limit, but i dont really think it would be an issue, because they also host videos. Best of all its free with no registration.
WWE SmackDown vs. RAW's Christian wrote:Bret Hart has challenged me to a submission match. Christian's response: "It won't be the first time Bret Hart will tap out in Montreal to a legend in the making."
